Sky One's adaptation of Terry Pratchett's The Colour of Magic was screened at London's Curzon cinema last night - and Wotsat was in attendance.
Director Vadim Jean - interviewed in the current issue of What Satellite - announced at the event that Sky One is already moving ahead with plans for another Pratchett adaptation. Perhaps surprisingly, the next adaptation will be the recent novel Going Postal, the plot of which sees con artist Moist von Lipwig tasked with taking over the Ankh-Morpork post office. Owing to a scheduling clash, the adaptation will not feature David Jason, who has appeared in the two previous Discworld mini-series, Hogfather and The Colour of Magic.
